We all went to Mackinac Island with Jonathan for his AIAA Conference. There is no motorized traffic allowed on the island, so everything is horse-drawn or on foot or bike. The movie Somewhere in Time was filmed almost completely at the resort we stayed at on the island.

that is soo cool. I saw that movie ages ago. what a novel experience, kind of like Lancaster PA without all the non-Amish, or something....
